I am a passionate "hands-on" entrepreneur, interim manager, and business consultant with extensive international management experience in various leadership positions in the energy sector, circular economy, environmental technology industry, system catering, as well as in the public sector and management consulting.

Over the past 20 years, I have established, restructured, and/or managed companies as a (interim) manager at the C-level. As an entrepreneur, I have participated in several companies, arranging the necessary financing and negotiating with banks.

Furthermore, as a business consultant, I have supported companies in implementing waste management concepts and ESG compliance, sharing my expertise in business models/business & financial plans, growth management and financing, as well as restructuring & turnaround with a variety of startups, founders, and as a venture partner to several financing institutions.
